Frequently asked
FAQ
Everything about ordering custom greaseproof paper — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.
Ordering
What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 5,000 sheets for standard full-color printed or stamped styles. Smaller sample runs can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the hundreds of thousands of sheets for multi-location and wholesale rollouts.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof so you can approve the physical sheet before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix sheet styles in one order?
Yes. You can combine styles — say Deli Wrap Sheets for the counter and Basket Liners for the dining room — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, sheet colors, and print specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on both sheet color and print so your greaseproof paper matches your brand exactly.
Can I print different designs on different sheet sizes in the same order?
Yes. Many customers run a matching design across wrap sheets, liners, and tissue in one combined order.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
About 2–3 weeks from approved mockup for standard styles; heavier butcher paper and full-color runs sit toward the higher end of that window.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for a grand opening or a firm event deadline — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Because sheets ship flat in reams, bulk orders are economical to ship.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across locations — common for restaurant groups and franchises.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.
Pricing & Payment
How much does custom greaseproof paper cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $0.03 to $0.15 per sheet depending on style and decoration, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, sheet style, color, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established restaurant groups and franchises.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.
Product & Care
What colors and finishes are available?
Natural Kraft, White, Black, Red Check, and Butcher Brown, with custom Pantone matching on request.
Is the paper really grease-resistant?
Yes. Every sheet uses a food-safe glassine or silicone-treated barrier so oil and grease don’t soak through to the counter, table, or a customer’s hands.
What’s the paper made of?
Food-safe, grease-resistant glassine and silicone-treated paper — sturdy enough to hold a dripping sandwich or a hot basket without failing, and light enough to fold cleanly.
Are the sheets food-safe?
Yes. We use food-safe inks and coatings throughout, and the base stock is recyclable depending on your local program.
How do I store unopened reams?
Keep them flat in a dry area away from direct moisture and sunlight. Properly stored, sheets hold their print and grease-resistance indefinitely.
